Meet Rege, your new personal trainer! She has lots of experience in the fitness industry and loves trying new things.
She's taught kickboxing at a local studio and has been in the business for over 15 years. Rege is great at helping you perfect your moves and making sure you're doing the exercises correctly.
She's also very consistent with her own training, so she'll expect the same from you.
