Get fit with someone who knows what they're doing! I've been helping people get in shape for over 20 years, and I love being active and outdoors.

I enjoy activities like snowboarding, hiking, camping, and hunting. Let's work together to make sure you're always ready for adventure.

Coach Rege

Meet Rege, your new personal trainer! She has lots of experience in the fitness industry and loves trying new things.

She's taught kickboxing at a local studio and has been in the business for over 15 years. Rege is great at helping you perfect your moves and making sure you're doing the exercises correctly.

She's also very consistent with her own training, so she'll expect the same from you.

And when she's not working out, she likes to enjoy a glass of wine, especially while doing her evening spin classes. Let's work out with Rege and get in shape!

Andrea REGE

Rege comes from 16 years in the industry starting out in large club operations and was most recently found instructing kickboxing at a local studio.


She is passionate about learning different style of training; whether it's functional or athletic, mobility or strength training, she'll bring a fresh flow to the sessions.


Her focus is form and perfecting your moves.

She expects consistency, as she herself trains around injuries, limitations, and fluctuating work schedules.


She enjoys trying new Wines, especially while doing her evening Spin sessions.
